DtP’s technicians are all Factory trained with additional training when updates and new equipment are released.

DtP keeps a large number of spare parts for the range of equipment from all suppliers and offers a next-day or same-day delivery. 

DtP offers a number of support contracts to suit the customer, including tailor-made support contracts.

The range of support offered includes:-

  • Regular scheduled preventative maintenance visits.
  • 24/7 Telephone – online support.
  • Silver – a technician is available to attend the site Mon-Fri on the same day.
  • Gold – a technician is available to attend the site on the same day, 7 days a week.
  • Gold – includes Public Holidays.
